Personal Experience

Our Principal Consultant is a seasoned Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Project Management professional with more than 20 years of experience working in Jamaica and the Caribbean. Over the years, I have provided technical services for the Government of Jamaica (GOJ), Academia, International and Local NGOs, and International Development Partners (IDPs). My expertise spans a wide range of technical areas including Market Research, Public Health, Education, Social Services, National Security, Justice, and Child Development. She is skilled in managing Research and Evaluation projects from conceptualization through to completion leveraging both quantitative and qualitative approaches to generate meaningful insights. Her skills include proposal development, research and evaluation design, project management, data management and statistical analysis, technical report writing, and the application of data visualisation techniques to guide decision making. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of the West Indies (Mona) and a Masters’ degree in Research Methods in Psychology from the University of Manchester (UK).
